Q: Do you sell OEM cartridges?
A: Yes, we offer many OEM cartridges as well.
Q: How long will it take to receive my toner cartridges?
A: We stock many of our available cartridges and can deliver them to you in one business day or less. If an item you order is not currently in stock we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. (Typically we are able to deliver within three business days).
Q: Do your printer supplies come with a warranty?

Q: What if my toner cartridge fails?
A: In the event of a problem cartridge, we will replace it. No questions asked.
Q: What if my toner cartridge damages my printer?
A: MSE confidently stands behind the quality of their products and they warrant that their products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. Q: Can my manufacturer’s warranty become void if I do not use OEM toner in my printer?
A: No! It is against the law for a manufacturer to nullify your warranty for not using OEM supplies. You have the right to choose your own supply vendor according to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act.
